1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

2Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

User Responsibilities

- Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal purposes, fraudulent activity, or system manipulation.

- Any attempt to hack, compromise, or disrupt the 401 platform's systems will result in legal action.
3Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the 401 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via accepted payment methods such as DuitNow, Maybank, and FPX will be credited to your account upon confirmation from the payment service provider.
401 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to, a copy of your identification document, proof of address, and bank statement. These measures are taken solely to protect your account security and to comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the user's name only. 401 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to change and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.
Any attempt to process payments using unauthorised payment methods, fraudulent credentials, or stolen financial information will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
4Platform Usage Rules & Account Policy
General Usage Policy
Users are prohibited from using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised means to access or interact with the 401 platform. The use of VPNs or proxies to conceal your actual location in order to circumvent geographical restrictions or account blocks is also prohibited.
All user communications within the platform must be respectful and free from threats, harassment, or unlawful content. 401 reserves the right to remove or delete any content that violates our community guidelines.
Account Suspension & Closure
401 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in cases of platform misuse, suspected fraud, breach of these terms, or any other reason deemed appropriate by management. In the event of account closure, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, provided there are no fraud charges or serious breaches of these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property found on the 401 platform are the exclusive property of the operator. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any such content without prior written consent.
5Limitation of Liability, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Limitation of Liability
The 401 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, or free from errors or technical disruptions. 401 is not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or indirect damages incurred by users as a result of using or being unable to use our platform.
Where our liability is recognised under applicable law, the maximum liability of 401 to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Such links are provided for convenience only and do not imply any endorsement or responsibility by 401 for the content, policies, or practices of those websites. Users access third-party websites at their own risk.
Governing Law & Changes to Terms

Any disputes arising from the use of the 401 platform should first be resolved through negotiation. 401 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified via a notice on the website when material changes are made. Continued use of the platform after such amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
